This hands-on cooking class takes places in a cozy vintage kitchen in the city center of Zurich. Participants will taste different types of Swiss cheese and chocolate and learn about what makes them special. After the tasting, class participants will learn to make a cheese souffle and a chocolate souffle and enjoy them in class.
