After pick you up the transportation drive you to the Dock in Playa Tortugas in Cancun. Here you do the cheking and pay the tax before to boarding the catamaran

An island escape, sail away to paradise! Isla Mujeres is a charming little fishing island off the coast of Cancun. Surrounded by coral reefs, the tranquil waters are perfect for snorkeling, sailing, floating and refreshing body, mind and spirit.

This Isla Mujeres tour invites you on board a luxuries catamaran where you will enjoy sailing across the bay over crystalline waters. First up is a stop for snorkeling on the reef where you will be knocked out by the variety of corals and colorful marine life all around. Back on board you will enjoy open domestic bar as you continue to sail the day away. Landing on the island you are going to be hungry and a delicious lunch buffet awaits! Visit downtown Isla Mujeres, shop for arts and crafts or just hang on one of the best beaches in the world before sailing back to Cancun after a perfect day of fun in the sun.

When we arrived at the dock we paid for an upgrade that promised an uncrowned boat, premium drink, premium food, and no extra charges. None of that came to pass. The drinks on the boat were mediocre and our first port of call was a beach with limited swimming opportunities and lots of activities, all of which we had to pay for. Drinks continued to be mediocre and the food was terrible. If this was premium food I shudder to think what the standard food was like. After about two hours with nothing to do we were taken, on the boat, up the shore to a shopping area. We were told to be back in 40 minutes so couldn’t really do any shopping and there wasn’t really anything to buy. Get back to the boat and it turns out we had an hour. Yet more time wasted. Then we go off for snorkeling which the whole family looked forward to, especially the visit to the underwater museum. Didn’t turn out too well. The equipment was substandard and the snorkels didn’t work properly. We also had no time to appreciate anything on the trip - we were essentially ordered to swim in a straight line for 500m and then get back on the boat. What should have been the highlight ended up being a 20 min chore. After that back to dock. We spent a total of 7.5 hrs on the trip, and spent a huge amount of money, but didn’t really enjoy anything except the fun we had being together as a family. Wouldn’t recommend that anyone else pays for this
