The tour was great but booking through Viator was a huge mistake! The cost was higher than booking directly with Manchester United and I was left with the responsibility of phoning Old Trafford to book my time slot for the tour - the phone lines were so busy that this took all day and if I'd booked directly with Manchester United in the first place the time slot choice would have simply been one click as part of the booking. My advice is make sure you are booking directly with Manchester United!!
Not a Manchester United fan but very much enjoyed the museum and tour
Family had a great time. Tour was well organised and informative, plus the museum was amazing for a Man U fan. Highly recommended!

My fiancé is from Manchester but hasn't lived there for 30 years,he's a big Utd fan but hasn't been to Old Trafford since he was a child so I booked the tour as a Valentine's present for him.He loved it,we both did,the tour guide was great and we were allowed to take lots of pics.Would highly recommend,just a shame the Megastore is so expensive.
It was very nice and interesting.
Fun experience. Great guide. So good to hear about the support Man U give to disability groups and charities. And of course seeing the hallowed ground and museum was wonderful. And last but not least - being able to get a shirt in the right size and have name/number of choice printed on it while waiting was a bonus!
