Sobre esta atividade
Start your half-day tour at a bike shop in central Siem Reap, where you’re fitted with a mountain bike and helmet. Then, set off with your group and follow your guide on a paved road alongside the Siem Reap River.
Soon leave the tarmac behind, pedaling down small dirt paths through the scenic countryside to nearby villages. Expect friendly greetings from locals as they go about their daily activities such as rice farming, palm wine and sugar production, and basket weaving.
En route, stop to sample snacks (fruit and bottled water are also provided throughout the tour) and chat with your guide about rural Cambodian life. Then hop back on your bicycle and ride along more village roads, returning to the bike shop in Siem Reap around midday. Please note: This bike tour covers a distance of approximately 18 miles (30 km). The ride is mostly on flat paths and small roads without hills, with some small dirt trails unsuitable for beginning riders.

Super neat. We spent 4.5hrs riding mountain bikes on the back roads stopping at various places like a farmer's home with a rice mill he showed us how rice is milled, a mushroom farm, a lotus farm. We also stopped at a local market probably my favorite stop to try local snacks and see how the various stalls are set up, and a monastery also neat- we saw kids and nuns wandering around. Our guide was very knowledgeable and willing to answer all our questions. Great way to combine some exercise and learning!
This is out in the country with several fun stops and explanations about plants and life. My only issue was the bike. This is a mountain bike so if you aren't used to this seat it can be very uncomfortable
We had the most wonderful ride thru the countryside with Sam and Chhay. We saw a local market, a farm and a roadside juice stop amongst other things. It was a really great local experience.
Well maintained bikes, good tour guide and beautiful countryside! The roads are a bit bumpy but that can't be helped.
Had a great experience and tried out a number of local speciality. But do bring wet wipes as hand sanitizers may not be enough for hygiene.
