Embarque em sua minivan com ar-condicionado no centro de Barcelona passando ao longo da costa para começar sua viagem diurna para grupos pequenos. Enquanto viaja, ouça tudo sobre a Costa Brava, onde falésias e enseadas esculpidas pelo mar formam um dos mais bonitos litorais da Europa. Admire as vistas do Mediterrâneo e, após cerca de uma hora, chegue a Blanes, o movimentado resort à beira-mar conhecido como o portão sul da Costa Brava.
Deixe a principal rota turística e dirija até uma enseada idílica, a preferida dos moradores locais. Opte por relaxar lá (por chegar pela manhã, as areias e o mar estarão maravilhosamente desertos) ou permanecer na minivan e prossiga até o Jardim Botânico Marimurtra, que fica próximo. Situado em um penhasco, esse lindo jardim transborda com mais de 4.000 espécies de plantas e árvores exóticas. Você terá tempo para aproveitar as duas atividades se quiser. Passeie pelos caminhos sinuosos em meio à vegetação e características arquitetônicas, e absorva as espetaculares vistas do topo do penhasco sobre o mar e as rochas. Após se perder nas ruelas sinuosas e nas ruas estreitas, você passará pela antiga muralha medieval em ruas aconchegantes repletas de boutiques e lojas tradicionais. Haverá muito tempo para comprar suvenires ou desfrutar de uma bebida até o fim do dia.
Caso queira passar mais tempo na praia, você terá uma última chance em Tossa para mergulhar ou andar de caiaque ao redor dos penhascos. Sua excursão terminará com o desembarque no ponto de partida original em Barcelona.

The trip was a nice introduction to the Costa Brava as it provided pleasant and educational exposure to the region which included history, geography, food, architecture and more. The guide, Xavier, was a super nice and knowledgeable guy. I recommend this experience to anyone for their first introduction to the Costa Brava.

Our tour of Costa Brava was truly one of the highlights of our trip! Our tour guide, Geordie, was AWESOME. He was so funny, knowledgeable, and took great care of each member of the group. I really think he made the tour all the more enjoyable for everyone. The beach at Blanes and Tossa de Mar were STUNNING. My friends and I were definitely glad to have a lot of free time and spend the day as we wanted. The traditional lunch was also delicious and a very cool experience. It was so fun to get to chat with the other groups on the tour and share a meal together. I definitely recommend this tour to anyone looking to experience the coast outside of Barcelona!

Wonderful day trip along the beautiful Costa Brava coastline, a very responsive guide. Includes a visit to the beautiful botanical garden and a delicious lunch with choice options. Recommended

This tour was my favorite in Barcelona! She was so nice and knowledgeable! She drove the small van we took to costa brava. First stop was a beach where the garden was. Gorgeous!! You walk the garden without the guide which was nice to enjoy! Next stop was to saint joan- stunning views of all of costa brava. next was lunch which included so much food!! that alone was well worth the money. delicious i was i could have eat everything! come hungry! last stop was this beach next to a castle where you were free to lounge at the beach or visit the castle or walk the shop and restaurants. Beyond excellent tour! Highly recommend!!

Stephen gave us a great tour of the Costa Brava. This tour involved quite a bit of driving from the Barcelona Gothic Quarter to the coast, with a return at the end of the day. Stephen made the drive interesting by informing us of the history of the area we were passing through, as well by pointing out interesting sites that we passed. When we reached Blanes, we explored the tropical gardens which provided great overlook of the rugged coast, then made a visit to the tower fortress of St Joan, followed by a scrumptious and filling lunch provided at a local restaurant. In the afternoon, we continued with a trip to Tossa de Mar, and a visit to the old fort and some Roman Ruins. Even though the afternoon was spent in rainy weather, Stephens upbeat personality and concern for the comfort of his clients kept our spirits high.

The gardens were nothing much to look at. We then were told after the gardens to walk to the water to swim and meet our guide, we about 2 1/2 hours which was entirely too much time. However , the tour did include lunch which was quite lovely. On the beach there was a bar where most of us sat for a long while until our guide actually came back with the tour bus. It was a long day with much of the time waiting around.
